Create an animation that includes the following:
-a scrolling background
-at least two videos that have been cropped to different shapes that move about on the screen
-at least two still images that move about on the screen
-other embellishments appreciated but not required

(I will explain this further in class on Wed, but you can get ideas from chapter 5 in the book in the meantime.)

Create an animated geometric design using customized shape layers and include some video footage that you apply effects to.
(If this is not immediately clear, it should be after reading chapter 4 and will be especially clear after I explain further on Monday)

Animate text:
-use four or more lines of text with different effects applied to each
-use effects or presets, or transformations you have not already used in previous projects
-text must be over an animated background
-TRY to use at least one technique learned in chapter 3
